Traveling to the beach can be a great time for some self-reflection, in a positive form and increasing self-awareness to ones needs and getting you in touch with your spirit. Especially if you’re the type of person that’s always taking care of others. Not only is the beach good for your mind it’s also good for the body. The sand is a natural exfoliant, so it rubs away dead skin cell. The sea is a great way to soak your feet or body. It helps to detox the skin, reduce swelling and treat wounds, among many other benefits. Along with soaking up some of that sun (don’t forget the sunscreen).
A few days on the beach for me, is a healing experience for the mind, body and soul.
