Peppermint tea is a refreshing way to boost your overall health in a number of ways, due to its ability to improve digestion, reduce pain, helps eliminate inflammation, helps eliminate nauseous, bad breath, aids in weight loss and boosts the immune system. I always have it on hand in tea or oil.   When I use oil I will put a few drops of peppermint oil in a glass of water and drink it and when I make tea, I will do it the old fashion way, in big jar and let it sit out in the sun to brew.
